Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. No credit card information is ever kept on this web site, all credit card information is captured on a very secure credit card web site for processing.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Satisfaction guarantee, 20 day return or exchange. Return in original packaging, in new condition for credit card refund (minus s/h) or, Exchange for equal or less value (minus s/h). There is a small shipping fee with all exchanges.
Special Orders
30% restocking charge on returns.
Manufacturer Defects
Just return product within 20 days for full refund or exchange.

Delivery Information

Most orders are shipped 4 business day. Priority mail, express mail, first class mail, or international priority. Exceptions are: Items engraved and, or, Special Orders, shipping for these items take 1-2 weeks. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as products are back in stock.
